Frequently asked questions

It depends on the piece and how many you need. Ready-made items ship in 2 or 3 days; for personalized work and bulk orders we talk it through and I confirm the date before starting. If your party is soon, tell me and I'll be honest about whether I can make it.

I ship anywhere in Mexico. The cost depends on the package size and your city, so it's calculated when you confirm your order, before you pay. If you live in Veracruz you can pick up at my studio at no cost.

You pay by card and the download button appears on the same screen; it also arrives by email, so it won't get lost. There's no shipping and no waiting: the file is yours right away. You can print it at home on letter-size paper.

Of course, it's my favorite part. On every product you can choose color, size and the name you want embroidered. If you're after something that isn't in the shop, write to me and we'll design it together.

Favor bags and souvenirs are ordered by the dozen. Fill out the Parties & events form with your date, quantity, theme and colors, and I'll send you a quote. Past a certain quantity the price per piece goes down.

If your piece arrives with a flaw of mine, I'll replace it or refund you: just send me a photo within the first 5 days. Personalized items and PDF patterns can't be returned, since they're made or downloaded just for you.

By credit or debit card, right here on the site, in Mexican pesos. For large orders I can hold your date with a deposit and the rest on delivery.
