Shipping across Mexico
I work from Veracruz, Veracruz, and ship anywhere in the country. Shipping is calculated when you confirm your order, based on package size and your city; you'll see it before paying. I'm still choosing a carrier, so I confirm which one per order and share the tracking number as soon as I hand it over.
Making times
Ready-made items ship in 2 or 3 business days. Personalized work and bulk orders take longer: I confirm the date on WhatsApp before I start sewing, and I don't begin without your agreement.
Pickup in Veracruz
If you live nearby you can pick up your order at my studio with no shipping cost. We arrange the day and time on WhatsApp.
Exchanges and returns
If your piece arrives damaged or with a flaw of mine, send me a photo within the first 5 calendar days and I'll replace it or refund you. Personalized pieces (embroidered names, special colors or measurements) and PDF patterns are not returnable, since they're made or downloaded just for you.
PDF patterns
Patterns download immediately after payment and also arrive by email. They're for your personal use: you may sew and sell what you make with them, but not share or resell the file.
